This bed arrived in a timely fashion. However, as my brother passed away, we did not even open it. The staff was extremely helpful with the return and most integrable. I have nothing but good words to say.
What a wonderful help for my Mother, who has had transferring issues since a health setback! I just wish the designer who invented it could come up with a solution for easy transfers to the car!
Bought this bed for long-term use and it has not disappointed. It's durable and the comfort level is exceptional.
The overall design is young and fresh. I like the larger wheels because it makes the bike more stable and easier to maneuver. It folds up perfectly. It fits in every backseat and I can easily set it aside in a restaurant or a theater without getting in anyone’s way.

I love the control for the bed! So easy to use! I have an issue with the mattress! I conuously slide down, so my toes smash against the footboard! My legs don't move so I have to get someone to pull me up several times in a day! This new mattress is memory foam, I might have to switch back to an inner-spring mattress. Any thoughts on why I'm sliding down the mattress? JODI M
the support bracket does not open wide enough for me to step into the walker for proper gait & upper body support. It looks like there is a place for a mid way support bracket which would be great. It tends to lean when I turn because all the torque is on the front wheel.
This bed is a back saver. Getting my mother in and out of bed is so much easier
After a lengthy hospital stay, this wound up being the perfect bed at home. We would buy it again in a second. It’s the true Rolls Royce of beds of this type. Amazing!
It has been an excellent choice. The bed is well-constructed, and the rotating feature makes it easy to reposition my mother. The controls are simple to use, and the bed is very comfortable.
Very pleased with the Sit to Stand Lift with adjustable base, which I received and which has the same features as the Protekt Dash Standing Transfer Patient Lift I ordered. Making good headway training on the device with the Physical Therapy Department in the retirement community where my wife is currently staying. Our goal is to develop sufficient proficiency with the device to allow her to move from long term nursing care to independent living where we can accomplish all necessary transfers on our own, without outside assistance.
The ease in which my mom can exit the bed is a blessing! The fact that she loves the bed is all I need to be happy! Thank you!
I wont talk too much about it but I had a very bad experience with another company and was pretty traumatized to be honest but this company was amazing to deal with. From purchasing it to setting it up to using it. I only have the best things to say about the Proheal Full Electric bed package for home. I dont know how this would work in a facility but for our use in home it was the best thing ever.
I set this up myself in about an hour using the wall for support. So easy.

The mattress is even longer than a regular twin bed so someone who is extra tall has a lot of room to move around
Awesome diapers. I’ve been skeptical to buy anything but Huggies and pampers for the past couple years but these Cuties are better quality at a much better price than any other name brand out there. I’m so glad I took a chance on these diapers. My daughter has sensitive skin and hasn’t gotten a rash since wearing these. Will definitely be ordering more.

When you do not have much to say about a purchase its very often a good thing. This bed behaves exactly as we hoped and even has some nifty features that we didnt expect. Very satisfied with the money we spent to get this bed.
Very smooth delivery and we had the thing built in under an hour.
The lock mechanism for folding the frame is very clumsy and hard to operate. There is a pretty good chance to pinch your fingers. It needs impovement.
P.S. I am a mechanical engineer and I know what I'm talking about.
