The Pride iRide®2 is a light folding scooter with a high-back seat

The Pride iRide® 2 is an ultra-lightweight folding scooter for the person needing a light and travel-ready scooter. The folding frame and removable seat make the iRide® 2 ideal for packing into smaller cargo areas. The frame length is 38” with an overall width of 19.25". The total weight of 46.5 lbs. makes the scooter easy to manage and lift. To make the scooter lighter remove the seat and batteries for a convenient frame weight of just 32 lbs. A 36 volt, 5.2 AH lithium-ion battery powers the scooter. The battery weighs just 4.5 lbs. The battery is ‘airline approved’ to take with you in the cabin. However, always check with your airline first as they have the final say.

What Makes It Different

The minimal frame doesn’t mean you can’t adjust the iRide®2 to fit your body. The iRide® 2 now has an adjustable high back seat that ranges in height from 19” to 20”. The foldable tiller has an adjustment knob at the base to move the steering handles forward and back according to your comfort preference. Acceleration is controlled with a simple twist throttle on the right handle. The iRide® 2 can be put in reverse and its 33.5" turning radius can navigate even the tightest spaces. Stop the scooter with the hand brake or the supplemental foot brake.

The iRide® 2 is for the person looking for minimal weight and a small storage requirement. The iRide® 2 has a digital LCD display between the handles that shows your charge level. The frame is available in four attractive colors – Mango, Arctic Ice, Raspberry, and Blackberry. The iRide® 2 is safe for air travel as it does have an airline-safe lithium-ion battery. Please contact your airline prior to travel to ensure they permit lithium-ion batteries.

What to Know When Ordering

The iRide® 2 comes in a single box and is very easy to assemble. Just remove the scooter from the box, unfold the tiller, and snap on the seat. We do offer White Glove Delivery for those who need a little extra help unloading their scooter and disposing of the box.

Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider: Electronic Assemblies including: Electronic Controllers, Harnesses, Any Other Electrical Subassembly ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Drivetrain, Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY), Bushings, Bearings, Brake, Chargers NOTE: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty. NOTE: For Lithium-ion battery warranty information, refer to the Lithium Warranty Insert WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear. Shrouds, Motor Brushes, Upholstery and Seating, Brake Pads/Shoes, Tires and Tubes, Fuses/Bulbs, Circumstances beyond the control of Pride Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products, Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by: Parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider. Contamination Abuse (including but not limited to product being dropped or being subjected to severe impact/crush), misuse, or negligence Battery fluid spillage or leakage Use other than normal design specifications Improper operation, maintenance, or storage Acts of God or Nature NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the drivetrain, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter. NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered. SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Dealer. Do not return faulty parts to Pride without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your authorized Pride Dealer for information on the current cost associated with a service visit. There is no other express warranty. IMPLIED WARRANTIES Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fi tness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
