In a world where most companies ignore your concerns, this one one did not. I purchased this item for my father, and every step of the the way someone was available to assist me with my questions. I was confused about tracking numbers, since I purchased more than one Item, they clarified quickly. Upon arrival there was an issue with one of the handle bar throttles that was quickly addressed.
