Only five minutes and my back feels so much better. When my back is really hurting I can place my heating pad across it before I lay back on it, even better results. The posture corrector was a bit uncomfortable but, once I got used to it, I'm feeling better. I noticed a difference in my back and shoulders. The nerve pain isn't as frequent and doesn't last as long. Thank you
