The Joerns Hoyer Classic 4‑Point Universal Patient U‑Sling is a durable, loop‑style lifting sling from the Hoyer Classic series, designed for use with 4‑point positioning cradles on Hoyer legacy lifts to provide secure, dependable support during transfers such as bed‑to‑chair, wheelchair‑to‑toilet, and repositioning. Its U‑shaped design enhances comfort and allows easier access for personal hygiene and toileting tasks without removing the sling, while padded polyester or breathable mesh options help improve patient comfort and cleanliness.

The Universal sling is an easy-fit, general-purpose sling designed to suit approximately 85% of patients. It is available with or without head support for additional comfort.
