5-Year Limited Warranty on Welded Frame Components
The bed’s welded steel frame is covered for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This includes any defects in materials or workmanship related to all welds on the bed frame structure.

2-Year Limited Warranty on Mechanical and Electrical Parts
All mechanical and electrical components—such as the motor system, hand pendant, and control box—are covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This ensures protection against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Weld integrity and structural components
- Motorized positioning system

- Electrical wiring and connections
- Mechanical adjustment mechanisms

Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your product covered under warranty, please contact customer support with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any photos if applicable. Service and parts may be provided at the manufacturer’s discretion after review.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Routine maintenance, cleaning, and aesthetic changes due to regular use are also excluded from coverage.

Beds, adjustable beds, and hospital bed frames may be eligible for return only if the return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and the item is unopened, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. All returns must pass inspection upon receipt, and all applicable restocking and freight fees must be paid. Once a bed or bed frame has been opened, assembled, installed, or used, it is non-returnable.

Custom-made beds manufactured to customer specifications are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, Med-Mizer, Transfer Master, Parks Health Safe Place, Abrams Nation, and iCare Medical. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications prior to placing an order.

All bed deliveries are curbside only. Once a freight item has shipped, cancellations and address changes are not permitted. Returns will not be accepted due to delivery delays or scheduling issues. Refused freight deliveries are treated as returns and are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all outbound and return freight charges.

All mattresses, foundations, and bedding are final sale once delivered due to hygiene, medical safety, and regulatory considerations. Returns or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, except in cases of verified shipping damage or a manufacturer defect reported within the applicable claim window.

Return Authorization (RA) is required for all eligible returns. An RA must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days to the return address listed on the RA. Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 30% restocking fee and freight fees.

White Glove Assembly is perfect for people who prefer additional assistance in the assembly of their new lift chair, scooter, or power wheelchair. We strongly suggest White Glove Assembly for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked and set up.
