Ten-Year Warranty on Frame: During the second through ten years from the date of purchase, Charme Inc. Will replace metal frames found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.

Three-Year Warranty on Motor: During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, Charme Inc. will replace the motor found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.

Full One-Year Warranty (one-year on remote control): Charme Starsleep Adjustable Beds are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Charme Inc. will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser. Remote control is entitled to a one-year warranty.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year and applies to all major components of the bed under normal, intended use. Coverage includes:
- Rotating bed frame and mechanical lifting structure
- Head and foot elevation motors
- Sit-to-stand rotation mechanism
- Control panel and remote pendant
- Electrical system and actuator components

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs)
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Alterations or modifications not authorized by the manufacturer
- Mattress and fabric components (unless specified otherwise)
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
- Use in commercial or institutional settings (unless approved in writing)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you encounter any issues that you believe are covered under warranty, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team.
- Provide Documentation: Be ready to submit your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if requested.
- Assessment: The manufacturer may inspect the issue or request the return of the affected component for evaluation.
- Resolution: If deemed a valid claim, StarSleep will provide a replacement part, repair service, or an equivalent replacement product—at no cost to you.

Additional Terms
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
- Replacement parts or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
- In-home service may not be included and could be subject to additional charges depending on location and service terms.
