30˚ Foam Wedge Bed Bolster System with Slide Sheet

This transfer system provides a secure positioning surface for side lying residents which is an important feature when it’s necessary to off-load pressure from the coccyx area. Also when one or both of the bed rails are lowered, the bolster system helps prevent the resident from rolling off the bed. Note that a standard wedge tends to migrate when a resident leans against it whereas this inter-locking system (wedge and transfer sheet) prevents the wedge from moving. The system also prevents entrapment between the bed and mattress.
