    Product Benefits

    • Easily confirm the accuracy of results by performing a test using the Accu-Chek Guide glucose control solution
    • The control solution contains a known amount of glucose; Simply use it instead of blood on a test strip – if the result matches the expected glucose level, your meter and test strips are working properly
    • Perform a test when you open a new box of strips, if you think strips may be damaged, or if meter is dropped
    • Pack contains 2.5ml of level 1 solution and 2.5ml of level 2 solution
    • For over 40 years, Accu-Chek has been a leader in providing convenient and accurate diabetic management supplies; Additional products sold separately include lancing devices, test strips, blood glucose meters, and lancets

    Intended Use
    The control solution acts like blood when applied to Accu-Chek Guide test strips. Running a control test lets you know that the meter and test strips are working properly.

    Compatibility
    The Accu-Chek Guide control solution can be used with the following Accu-Chek meters and strips:
    Accu-Chek Guide meter
    Accu-Chek Guide Me meter
    Accu-Chek Guide Link meter
    Accu-Chek Guide test strips

    Storage & Handling
    • Only use the Accu-Chek Guide control solutions with your Accu-Chek Guide test strips.
    • Do not put the control solution in your mouth. Do not inject the solution. They are for use outside the body only.
    • Close the control solution bottle tightly after use.
    • The unopened control solution is stable until the Use • By date printed on the bottle label (24 months from date of manufacture) if the control solution is stored properly. Do not use a control solution that is past the Use By date.
    • Write the date you open the bottle on the bottle label. • The control solution must be discarded 3 months from that date or on the Use By date printed on the bottle label, whichever comes first.
    • Store the control solution bottle at room temperature (39–86 °F) and 10–90 % relative humidity. Do not freeze the control solution.
    • The meter automatically recognizes the difference between the control solution and blood.
    • The control solution can stain fabric. Remove stains by washing with soap and water.
    • This product contains small parts that can be swallowed. Keep the small parts away from small children and people who might swallow small parts.
