The Circle Specialty's Adjustable Back Support with Laterals is an accessory engineered to deliver targeted trunk and lower-back support for the Circle Specialty Axis Therapy Bench. It mounts securely to the bench using the supplied attachment blocks and hardware, and provides incremental depth, height and lateral positioning so caregivers and therapists can achieve correct seating alignment for therapeutic activities. The system is supplied fully assembled for quick installation and configured to work with multiple Axis models.

Designed to assist upright posture and to prevent lateral bending of the spine, it lets you set the back support so approximately two-thirds of the user’s thigh rests on the seat cushion while the lower back is supported to promote a straighter spine. Lateral pads are adjustable in height and width to cradle the torso and accommodate growth or differing body shapes.
