The Protekt® STS Compact 500 Patient Lift is a user friendly, durable, and affordable sit-to-stand lift. It is extremely compact and easy to maneuver and transport anyone 500 lbs. or under. It has a low base height of 4.9” which is ideal for sliding under most furniture or chairs. Using a foot pedal, the base can easily open to allow wheelchair or toilet entrance.
The 34500-COM allows the patient to be lifted and transferred safely with minimal physical effort provided by the operator. The 34500-COM uses an electric actuator to lift patients from a sitting to a standing position from either a bed or chair for transferring. The lift has a standing platform to be used while transferring the patient from one surface to another, also included is a cushioned knee pad for additional comfort and support.
The 34500-COM is intended for patients who are lacking leg strength in their lower extremities but are still able to bear weight. It is designed to assist with standing from a seated position while using a toilet/commode, changing clothes and/or to relieve pressure. The 34500-COM is intended to have one caregiver operate the lift to perform the transfer.
The performance class actuator includes an emergency quick release in case of a power outage.
