Usage Instruction:
1. Remove the strip from the pouch without touching the reagent test pads.
2. Immerse the strip into the urine sample and remove it immediately by dragging the edge of the strip against the rim of the container to remove excess fluid.
3. Place the strip horizontally on a paper towel to remove excess fluid and wait for 2 minutes until the results are ready to be read.
4. Compare the color of each test pad to the corresponding row of the color chart to find the closest match. Read the results carefully in a good light.

All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return. An RA (Return Authorization) from Shop Home Med must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
