Beds, adjustable beds, and hospital bed frames may be eligible for return only if the return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and the item is unopened, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. All returns must pass inspection upon receipt, and all applicable restocking and freight fees must be paid. Once a bed or bed frame has been opened, assembled, installed, or used, it is non-returnable.
Custom-made beds manufactured to customer specifications are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, Med-Mizer, Transfer Master, Parks Health, and iCare Medical. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications prior to placing an order.
All bed deliveries are curbside only. Once a freight item has shipped, cancellations and address changes are not permitted. Returns will not be accepted due to delivery delays or scheduling issues. Refused freight deliveries are treated as returns and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all outbound and return freight charges.
All mattresses, foundations, and bedding are final sale once delivered due to hygiene, medical safety, and regulatory considerations. Returns or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, except in cases of verified shipping damage or a manufacturer defect reported within the applicable claim window.
Return Authorization (RA) is required for all eligible returns. An RA must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days to the return address listed on the RA. Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable restocking and freight fees.

White Glove Assembly is perfect for people who prefer additional assistance in the assembly of their new lift chair, scooter, or power wheelchair. We strongly suggest White Glove Assembly for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked and set up.
