Instructions for Use
1. Swab
Brush against the inner wall of both nostrils 5 times each in a circular motion with a non-invasive nasal swab. Our nasal swab is soft, highly absorbent, and only needs to be inserted ½ - ¾ inches so you can test yourself comfortably.
2. Dip
Insert the swab with the sample into the bottom of the tube and stir it in the fluid 15 times. Squeeze the sides of the tube around the swab as you pull it out.
3. Drip
Put 3 drops of the mixed solution onto the sample port of the COVID-19 test card.
4. Wait 15 minutes
Start the timer. Your results will be ready in 15 minutes.

Instructions
Store iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test in a dry place between 36-86 F (2-30 C). Ensure all test components are at room temperature 65-86 F (18-30 C) before use.

Return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging. Requests submitted outside the applicable return window will be automatically denied. No exceptions will be made for delayed requests.

This item has a 25% Restocking Fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging. All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return. Delivery and service fees are not refundable.

An RA (Return Authorization) from Shop Home Med must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.

Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
