Operating the Kalmia Bed System is simple, thanks to the Easy Control Remote. There’s absolutely no programming necessary, and four convenient present positions allow you to reposition the bed at the push of a single button. The remote is backlit for night vision, and comes complete with a penlight/flashlight.

Several mattresses are available with every Parks Health Kalmia bed. The Kalmia is compatible with the Ascent Hospital Bed Mattress, and the Soft Touch Memory Foam Mattress. If you’re looking for a firm mattress that’s perfect for easy transfers, the Ascent Mattress is a great choice. The Soft Touch Mattress features cool, form-fitting memory foam that shapes to your body for a deep night’s sleep. 

These mattresses feature a zipper construction for easy cover replacement. The natural bamboo cover is naturally anti-bacterial and breathable, complete with a soft and silky feel.
