Who should take this test?
Anyone who is at risk of developing diabetes should consider taking a diabetes risk test. This includes individuals with the following risk factors:
1. Age: People aged 45 and older are at a higher risk.
2. Weight: Those who are overweight or obese.
3. Family History: Individuals with a family history of diabetes (parents or siblings).
4. Health Conditions: People with high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol levels, or a history of heart disease.
5. Gestational Diabetes: Women who had gestational diabetes during pregnancy or gave birth to a baby weighing more than 9 pounds.
6. Sedentary Lifestyle: Those with a sedentary lifestyle and insufficient physical activity.
7. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): Women with PCOS are at increased risk.
8. Prediabetes: Individuals who have been diagnosed with prediabetes.
9. Other Conditions: Those with certain medical conditions like insulin resistance or acanthosis nigricans (a skin condition associated with insulin resistance).

Taking a diabetes risk test can help identify individuals at high risk so they can take preventive measures or seek early treatment to manage their health effectively.

Return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging. Requests submitted outside the applicable return window will be automatically denied. No exceptions will be made for delayed requests.

This item has a 25% Restocking Fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging. All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return. Delivery and service fees are not refundable.

An RA (Return Authorization) from Shop Home Med must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.

Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.

We strongly suggest White Glove Assembly for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked and set up.
