The LUXE Bidet® NEO 185 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.

NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.

The LUXE Bidet NEO 185 is a cold water bidet equipped with dual nozzles that offers both a rear and feminine wash mode. 

Rear Wash - The Rear Wash Mode sprays water that is angled towards the back, ensuring a thorough clean.

Feminine Wash - The Feminine Wash Mode sprays a softer water flow that is angled towards the front, for gently rinsing sensitive areas.

FAQs
Q: What is the difference between NEO 185 and NEO 185 Plus?
A: The NEO 185 and 185 Plus share the same rear and feminine wash mode features and self-cleaning mode, with the NEO 185 Plus having an upgraded Advanced 360° Self-Cleaning Mode.

All NEO Plus models also come with a new LUXE-Hinge design that makes it possible for you to slide in the bidet for installation, lift the bidet for cleaning, and easily adjust positioning without removing the toilet seat. These features are not available in the NEO models.

Q: I need help choosing a bidet. What types of bidet do you offer?
A: The NEO Plus Series comes in both cold (120, 185) and hot (320) water models. These bidets require no electricity. The key difference between NEO and NEO Plus Series is that the NEO Plus comes with Advanced 360° Self-Clean Mode, EZ-Lift Hinges, and Slide-in Installation.

The 120 is our most popular model because it is the best bidet for beginners. The 185 model includes all the same features as the 120, in addition to a Feminine Wash Mode that makes it a dual nozzle bidet.

The NEO 320 is the next upgrade in the line. It includes all the same features as the NEO 185, as well as an additional hot water connection that requires no electricity (the hot water is sourced directly from the hot water sink supply usually located next to the toilet).

Q: What is Advanced 360° Self-Clean Mode, and how does it work?
A: Only NEO Plus Series bidets come with this innovative cleaning mode. This feature has been upgraded to flush debris off not only the bidet Nozzles, but also the Guard Gate as well. This feature is designed to help you maintain the bidet in between routine cleanings.


NOTE: For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.
