Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Remove
Remove one strip from the bottle and immediately replace the cap tightly

Step 2: Immerse
Immerse the test pad in freshly collected urine for no more than 1 second, or urinate directly onto the pad.

Step 3: Wait
Gently tap off any excess urine on a clean tissue or paper towel, then wait 3 minutes.

Step 4: Compare
Compare the test pad color to the chart on the bottle and identify the closest match to interpret your result.

Return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging. Requests submitted outside the applicable return window will be automatically denied. No exceptions will be made for delayed requests.

This item has a 25% Restocking Fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging. All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return. Delivery and service fees are not refundable.

An RA (Return Authorization) from Shop Home Med must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.

Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
