Crafted from durable, waterproof materials overlaying inflatable chambers that provide the structure for the frame, the Safe Place Travel Bed provides a robust and secure environment for individuals 3 years and older who have outgrown the safety of a typical crib. Enclosed beds are commonly used for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, sleep walking and developmental disabilities. Set-up is quick and easy. A familiar and safe place to rest is created in minutes. The Zipper has a locking mechanism that can be used for additional security as needed. The Travel Bed has been designed to withstand significant movement, kicking and biting. Its lightweight and compact design and included Carrying Bag ensures easy transportation via plane, train, bus, or car.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Routine maintenance, cleaning, and aesthetic changes due to regular use are also excluded from coverage.

Beds, adjustable beds, and hospital bed frames may be eligible for return only if the return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and the item is unopened, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. All returns must pass inspection upon receipt, and all applicable restocking and freight fees must be paid. Once a bed or bed frame has been opened, assembled, installed, or used, it is non-returnable.

Custom-made beds manufactured to customer specifications are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, Med-Mizer, Transfer Master, Parks Health Safe Place, and iCare Medical. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications prior to placing an order.

All bed deliveries are curbside only. Once a freight item has shipped, cancellations and address changes are not permitted. Returns will not be accepted due to delivery delays or scheduling issues. Refused freight deliveries are treated as returns and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all outbound and return freight charges.

All mattresses, foundations, and bedding are final sale once delivered due to hygiene, medical safety, and regulatory considerations. Returns or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, except in cases of verified shipping damage or a manufacturer defect reported within the applicable claim window.

Return Authorization (RA) is required for all eligible returns. An RA must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days to the return address listed on the RA. Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable restocking and freight fees.

We strongly suggest White Glove Assembly for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked and set up.
