You can also use it to help pull clothes on or off. The sock and stocking aid is designed to hold your sock or stocking. You then slide the sock over your foot and pull up using the long rope. This allows you to get dressed without bending. The plastic shoehorn holds the heel of your shoe in place so you can slide your foot into your shoe without bending. Use Tylastic Shoelaces, sold separately, to make putting your shoes on even easier.

The long bendable sponge makes bathing simple by enabling you to reach your back and down to your toes. The rigid leg lifter allows you to lift your leg up onto your bed, into the car, or onto a wheelchair footrest.
