Measuring 11" L x 4.5" D, the lumbar support is effective in maintaining proper curvature in the lower back. The roll is filled with high-resiliency foam that retains its shape, even with extended use. It secures to your chair, car seat and more with the adjustable and removable strap. The roll can be positioned horizontally across the back just above the belt line so that the hollow of the back is firmly support when you lean back.
