Very firm. After a hip replacement, the extra 4 inches added to a chair makes it a lot easier to get up.
This bed arrived in a timely fashion. However, as my brother passed away, we did not even open it. The staff was extremely helpful with the return and most integrable. I have nothing but good words to say.

We use the chair to improve accessibility to our art galleries for anyone who needs it. The ride is extremely smooth, even over thresholds to the outdoors. People can use the chair like a walker or to push companions. It is not heavy or difficult to push and was very easy to put the final pieces together. It collapses nicely into our coat area. It's a good looking chair at a very affordable price. 100% recommend for similar needs.

The mattress is very new so we’re not quite sure of its value yet. We do like the different cell-on-cell though - no more sinking in!
