FREE Economy Shipping on orders over $50*:

Our standard ground shipping on orders over $50 is free in most US States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Most items will arrive by UPS, FedEx, or USPS within 3-5 business days.

Freight Delivery

*If your item requires freight delivery, such as hospital beds, adjustable beds, lift chairs, pool lifts, vehicle lifts, stairlifts, larger power chairs, patient lifts, furniture, or any heavy-duty heavyweight bulk item, additional charges or shipping may be included. You may be contacted by a representative to schedule the delivery at a time that works best for you. Please note that freight shipments are delivered curbside, usually by a single delivery driver. They will not traverse steps or elevators. If you have special needs concerning your delivery, please be sure to call us. Freight delivery drivers will not enter your home and usually will not place items in your garage as that is considered a threshold delivery. In general, freight drivers will make their best attempt to get the item as close to your home as possible. If you would like to save time and money in receiving your item but have special circumstances such as apartments or other obstacles to delivery, please plan to arrange for help.

Order Confirmation

When you receive your order confirmation, a date of anticipated delivery will be included. For your convenience, we offer tracking for your order 24 hours after the order is placed. You can see in real-time what’s happening and where your product is. Custom orders will take longer for delivery. The projected delivery date will be included with your order confirmation. Some items that aren't custom may take a little longer as well. This includes lift chairs. Some items may be shipped right away if they are "in stock." This happens often, and your product selections will specify if it's in stock. If so, you know that means your order will be received within 3-5 business days.

Can I Upgrade My Shipping?

Yes, you can. Please keep in mind that if your product is custom or not "in stock," expedited delivery will take place once the product is ready for shipment. Upgrading your shipping standards does not speed up the production process of your equipment.

With White Glove Delivery, a premium delivery option available on some items, your new product is delivered into your home at a time that you schedule, set up and tested in the place you request and all packaging materials are removed.

White Glove Delivery is perfect for people who prefer additional assistance in the delivery of their new lift chair, scooter or power wheelchair.   4. At the designated delivery time, the agent will:
    • bring your new mobility product into your home
    • unpack it completely
    • set it up where you request
    • test it to ensure that everything is functioning properly
    • remove any packaging materials
