- Place the mask over your nose and mouth, with the colored side facing outwards.
- Secure the mask behind your ears with the ear loops.
- Pinch the metal strip at the top of the mask to fit the shape of your nose.
- Make sure the mask covers your nose and mouth and fits snugly against your face.
- Avoid touching the mask while wearing it
- Dispose of the mask after use by throwing it in the trash.Β
