Great customer service. They contacted me to verify model of chair, corrected my error in ordering the wrong legs made sure they sent me the correct legs. Absolutely excellent service and follow up!
This is a very firm and comfortable mattress. Not sure how it prevents bed sores, I am only on it for nighttime sleep. If this is like my old mattress, it will last for a very long time. I have had my hospital bed for 14 years with the same mattress, I just needed an update.

This chair was easy to put togather. I havent been able to use it yet to give a true test. It was delivered as scheduled and they answered all question quickly. I would recommend this company.
