Quick & Easy Regimen: Soothe sore muscles with 2 cups of Dr Teal’s Epsom salt. Soak for 20 minutes 2 times per week.
Dr Teal's Soaking Solution can also be applied directly with a wash cloth to a sprain or ache, or mixed with your body wash to add exfoliating properties.

DIRECTIONS
Soak away sore muscles. Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes for relief of sore muscles.
