What To Expect When Ordering 

 Curbside delivery is free. Your Go Go Sport 4-Wheel will arrive disassembled in one large, heavy box. Portable scooters are meant to go together easily for transport. No tools are required and the 5 pieces click together. However, if you think you may need assistance with carrying, unpacking and assembling your new scooter, you may choose our White Glove Delivery to have it brought to your home and assembled by certified technicians. You have the option to purchase a 2-3 Year In-Home Service. If you choose purchase a service plan and experience a problem with your scooter, simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair. **The Go Go Sport’s ground clearance is 3 inches between the front and rear wheels and 1.5 inches at the motor.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Structural Frame Components, including: Main Frame Fork Seat Post Tiller Frame TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: •Transaxle •Brake •Bushings •Bearings •Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY) Also, electronic assemblies including: •Electronic Controllers •Chargers •Harnesses •Any Other Electrical Subassembly SIX-MONTH WARRANTY The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride. NOTE: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter. NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
