Wear Instructions
1. Place the base strap below your knee-cap directly over the patella tendon - the tubular strap should be centered over the tendon.
2. Feed the end of the strap through the eyelet and secure both ends to a comfortable snug fit.
3. Adjust the tubular strap to apply additional tension over the tendon; re-adjust as necessary. Do not over-tighten.
