How to use OPTI-FREE® Puremoist®:
Remember to always wash, rinse and dry your hands before handling contact lenses.
1. Fill the empty lens case with solution.
2. Wet each side of the lens with the solution.
3. Rub each lens for 20 seconds with your finger.
4. Rinse each side of the contact lens for 10 seconds with a steady stream of the solution.
5. Place the lenses in the case, tighten the lids and wait overnight or at least six hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I bring my OPTI-FREE contact lens solution on an airplane?
A: While a standard bottle of OPTI-FREE solution may be permitted in your carry-on luggage by the TSA, we suggest packing a 2 oz. travel size. Visit the TSA website for more information.
Q: Why can’t I use saline solution to clean my lenses?
A: Saline solution is only meant to rinse your lenses, not clean and disinfect them. OPTI-FREE contact lens solutions do it all – rinse, clean, disinfect and store your lenses.
Q: Can I use my multi-purpose solution as a rewetting drop?
A: OPTI-FREE multi-purpose solutions are formulated for cleaning, disinfecting, and rinsing your lenses immediately before putting them in your eyes. To rewet your contact lenses once they’re on your eyes, we recommend using an OPTI-FREE Rewetting Drop for an additional burst of moisture.
