You shouldn’t feel anything when the tampon is correctly in place. Absorbency needs can change throughout your cycle, and it’s okay to try different absorbencies. Instructions
1. Wash your hands and unwrap the tampon.
2. Ensure the applicator tip is rounded and strings are hanging out the bottom of the applicator.
3. Get in a comfortable position; try sitting on the toilet with knees apart or standing with one foot on the toilet seat.
4. Hold the applicator at the finger grip (in the middle of the applicator) using your thumb and middle finger.
5. Place the applicator tip into your vagina at a 45˚ angle.
6. Gently slide the applicator all the way into your vagina until your fingers touch your vaginal opening.
7. Push the plunger all the way into the barrel with your pointer finger to release the tampon into your body.
8. Still holding the finger grip, gently pull out the two-piece applicator.
9. The tampon should now be comfortably inside you with the strings outside your body.
10. Place the used applicator back into the wrapper and throw away. DO NOT FLUSH THE APPLICATOR.
11. When ready to remove the tampon, relax your muscles and gently pull down on the strings. Discard the tampon in an appropriate waste container.
Tampon Tips
How do I choose the right absorbency?
You should always opt for the lowest absorbency you need to control your flow. If your flow is light to medium, try our Regular tampons. If your flow is medium to heavy, try our Super or Super Plus tampons. You may need to use different absorbencies throughout your cycle, so pay attention to how your flow changes over time.
How often should I change my tampon?
Every 4 to 8 hours! Our tampons are safe to wear overnight for up to 8 hours.
Can I workout while wearing tampons?
Yes! Our tampons are designed to move with your body and keep you leak-free even as your activity increases. They're also perfect for swimming and other activities you wouldn't be able to do in ap pad.
