• Drape the neck wrap over your shoulders and adjust so the fabric lays over the area in need of relief. The weighted ends of the wrap will hold it in place.
• The medicine infused section of the neck wrap must be placed directly on your skin for medicine to be effective.
• Do not use with a heating pad, other external analgesic products, or on wounds or damaged skin
• Wash in cold water. Dry flat. Do not bleach.
